The Association of Nephrology Nurses UK (ANN UK) will become part of the UK Kidney Association (UKKA) from 7 September 2026. As part of this transition, the UKKA will take responsibility for administering ANN UK membership. Relevant membership information will be transferred securely from ANN UK to the UKKA so that your membership can continue without interruption. You do not need to take any action in relation to this transfer.

Your information will continue to be used to administer your membership and provide relevant membership services, benefits, communications and activities. Further information about how the UKKA processes personal data, including your rights, is available in the UKKA Privacy Notice.

What does this mean for me?

Your renewal date will remain the same.  You will gain the benefits of being a member of both the UKKA and ANN UK for just one membership fee.  There will be additional opportunities to get involved with both ANN UK communities of Practice and UKKA Special Interest Groups; additionally you will have access to the UKKA Education Hub – a large resource of multi-professional learning opportunities, AND membership rates to UK Kidney Week too.
